So Long, Farewell: Closing Our Doors September 30th

If you haven't heard the news, I am sorry to inform you that Kay's Bridal is saying so long, farewell on September 30th. It is a shame that we have to close the shop after only 6 short months as owners, but the progress we made just wasn't enough to turn the business around.

Karina and I are brokenhearted that we won't be able to personally take care of you as you approach your wedding day, but we want you to know that your order will be fulfilled as expected. We are in contact with our designers and all our orders are on time and we expect no problems with delivery. Even though the store is closing, you can still expect that we will do everything in our power to make sure you receive the same great service when your order arrives.

After researching all the options available to us, we have decided not to hand your orders off to another store. We could not assure that someone else would honor your order, and we were concerned that you would be overcharged or treated unfairly. Beginning October 1st you will be contacted by Melody Klever when your order arrives, and she will coordinate when your order can be picked up from her home in Castro Valley. She will also be completing any alterations you might need.

If you have questions, or concerns, please feel free to call our main number as it will remain active until every order has been fulfilled. Thank you for supporting both Karina and I throughout this difficult transition. We cannot possibly thank you enough for making our time at Kay's so enjoyable.
